Inspiration
Cling is a non-profit foundation created in loving memory of Heidi Shultz. Heidi was a wise mother, wife and pillar in the church. The values she instilled in the people she knew are the values that we strive to show; to be loving and self-sacrificing, with child like faith and a servant's heart; clinging to Him and looking to Him as our hope and for our strength. Heidi left a legacy behind. Through her legacy, we have made it our goal to raise funds for Christian missionaries and children's hospitals around the world.

Cling; a Vision; a Legacy

Cling's vision is to help fulfill Heidi's legacy by helping those who pursue the challenges facing the world today. We will not only help support missionaries and children's hospitals, but also envision geographical growth with buildings that also support these causes. The cost to build will be millions but we know that our God owns cattle on a thousand hills, and we have no doubt in His ability to provide funds.

Cling: The Name
We decided on Cling because at the end of almost every note my mum would write to us is would say, "cling to Jesus" or "cling to Him" My mum knew that the hope we have in any situation is to cling to Jesus and rely on Him for all everything.
 Journal Entry
From the journal of Travis Shultz, Heidi's eldest son, hours after she passed:
I began to thank God for the most wonderful Mother in the world, and for all the truths she had engrained in me, and the disciplines and love for Jesus that she taught by example. I thanked Him for the bold yet humble life she led. It was then that I felt God say, "Satan tried to take her before she could change the world, but he was too late." I just kept repeating, "He was too late. He was too late. He was too late."
